Sometimes users hide the documents head by mistake and have no idea how to show it again.
To hide to document head, please right click on the blank area of Ribbon, and uncheck the "hide documents head", then the documents head will be disappeared.
To show the documents head, just right click the same place and check the "document tab", and the documents head will show again.
