Some users have this problem when upgrade to new version of Windows 10. The solution is copy MSVCR100.dll from another compuer or download the dll file online, here's a website you may download the .dll file: https://www.dll-files.com/msvcr100.dll.html

after extract the file, and if the PC is 32 bit, and copy the MSVCR100.dll to the path :\Windows\System32, and if the PC is 64 bit, and copy the MSVCR100.dll file to :\\Windows\SysWOW64

Restart the PC, and run ZWCAD, the problem should be solved.
