To solve some tough issues that related with UI or configuration or strange function issues, please try the following 3-steps to troubleshoot. You need to backup the information in each step, and collect the files and report us the testing result during each step, we will send to R&D to do further analysis to solve it from product.
- Reset profile in OPTIONS dialog box, then start ZWCAD to check
- Exit ZWCAD, and delete ZWCAD info under %appdata%, then start ZWCAD to check
- Exit ZWCAD, delete the registry info related with ZWCAD, then start ZWCAD to check
For example: registry item: Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ZWSOFT\ZWCAD\2018, you can rename it, then restart ZWCAD, or you can export it out as a backup.
