How to solve the problem that on LMTOOLS showing error message: The process could not be completed. The control request is not allowed for this service. Print

To solve this problem, please go to start-->run and run the "services.msc"

On the service, find the row of the server, and on the last column stands "sign in as", then change it from "local service" to "local system" and after restart the PC, it should work.
