Issue：
Sometimes we will get feedback that ZWCAD has no response or hangs for long time, and no CR generated, so how to collect the information and send to ZWSOFT for checking?
Solution:
Usually, if ZWCAD crashes, means that ZWCAD exits suddenly, it will generate CR, and you can find the CR and send to us for checking. You can check how to collect CR for guidance.
However, another case is that ZWCAD doesn't exit, only hangs, which means there is no response from ZWCAD for long time, so there is no CR generated. Here we provide a tool that you can use to create similar thing as CR.
step1: Download the attached tool, and run it (please choose the correct tool according to you OS bit version, or the file will be usefulness) when you work ZWCAD well
step2: Once ZWCAD hangs, then go to this Process Explorer, find ZWCAD.exe, and right click to create the dump as below figure shown.
Step3：Send us the above file, and also some additional info, such as computer configuration info (run DXDIAG to get), and ZWCAD VERNUM, and what you can describe, all the information that may be helpful for us to analyze the issue.
