Some of the users may find that there is a seting in the OPTIONS dialog call 'Default plot settings for new drawings', but after setting it and create a new drawing, this setting isn't applied.
Because, this setting can only apply to the drawing witout template.
When an user create a new drawing, there will be a dilog pop up, and ask the user to select a template with a set standard.
In this case, the 'Default plot settings for new drawings' will not be applied.
Also, you will find a drag down menu beside the open button, and you can find 2 more optiosn, which is 'No Template -- Metric(M)' and 'No Template -- Inches(I)'.
With these 2 options to create a new drawing, it will be a new drawing without template.
In this case, the setting of 'Default plot settings for new drawings' can be applied.
