How to return the borrowed license if the server IP and port is wrong or empty?
















Solution:


Download the tool in this solution to return the borrowed license and the following is the detailed steps.

  1. Unzip the tool and run zwlm_ts.exe, then choose the activated record and right click, click "Other...".
  2. Input the license server and port to return the borrowed license.

    Note: if you cannot run this tool in some OS, just report the issue to the technical person you can contact, and ask for help directly (you can also try to install ZWCAD 2012 or ZWCAD Classic, then use the LM to do this return operation if you can get the installer).
