Applies to: ZWCAD 2020
After installing ZWCAD and first launching it on Win10 OS, you may find a pop-up window that reads "Fail to load one of ZWCAD's module,the install maybe incomplete.".
This is an issue related to Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package. ZwGraphics.dll runs based on vcomp100.dll from VC2010 so we need to successfully install VC2010 to fix this issue.
Solution 1：
Reboot and launch again.
Solution 2:
Install VC2010 online.
Solution 3:
Install the vcredist.exe file in the directory below.
C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\Temp\ZWCAD_2020_ENU_Win_64bit\msi\Prerequisites\vcredist_2010
N.B. If this issue still occurs after VC2010 installed, please replace the vcomp100.dll in the directory, C:\Windows\System32, with the attached one.
