Whether the issues happen before (previous ZWCAD version, provide the VERNUM ) on the same PC, how about the other PC with the same ZWCAD version if any?
Is it a crash (means ZWCAD exit finally) or just hang (no response)?
If it is a crash, is there any CR(crash report), share us if any.
Search "CrashReport" in the folder %appdata%, find the corresponding one according to the version and the time
VERNUM (run VERNUM in command line to get it), if possible, send them the latest official released version to check whether the crash/hang remains
When crash/hang happen, how about the memory usage, check the task manager, and give a screenshot, or a video
The crash/hang happen frequency: always happen? Sometimes (how many times in a working day, in a working week)
If the crash/hang can be repeated, whether it is related with special operations or special drawings?
If the crash/hang can be repeated, or happen very frequently, can we arrange an online session to check out?
