As we know, ZWCAD stand-alone license doesn't support remote desktops, and when using the desktop for the stand-alone license, the error code is -103. So how to check if the clients use the remote desktop? Here is the instruction:
Actually, there are 2 ways to check whether the customer is using remote desktop or not.
Way 1: you can check the display setting, there you can find it will says that you are in the remote desktop way, so you cannot adjust the resolution or text scale setting.
Way 2: you can remotely check by the Command line.
1. Run CMD to open the Command Prompt window
2. Run netstat -no
3. Search 3389, if there is a line as below, the customer must use the remote desktop way.
