Issue: the block change in REFEDIT cannot be updated to the block instances
Reason: this is a bug found in 2023SP1, there is no such issue in previous versions. If the customer copy any block by COPY command and also do the MOVE command to the block, then run REFEDIT (not BEDIT) to modify the block, then the issue will appear, until you close and reopen the dwg file.
Solution: This issue has been solved in SP2, and also in the special package 20220930, or later, you can get this installer from the below link for testing, for other language, please refers to your technical supporter.

Of course, you can suggest the customer use BEDIT instead of REFEDIT.
