In some case, we will get report from customer that the license is expired or disable, but still stays in license manager (or network license manger). Tried to return or repair it, but failed, how to clear such license info?
- We assume that your Windows is installed in C disk. If you are using Windows XP, find the folder <C:\ Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\FLEXnet >. If you are using Windows 7, please find<C:\ProgramData\FLEXnet >. For other system, you can check any of this, or just search FLEXNET folder.
- Show the hidden file and untick "hide protected OS file" as below shown; and make sure the LM or NLM (service is stopped) is exited.
Delete all the files start with “zwflex_” in this folder, then the license in LM or NLM is removed.
