This alert has been removed from ACAD 2015, see below information.

If customer does not have ACAD, they can install DWG Trueview to remove such information, it can deal with the drawings in batch.

If a customer has just very few drawing, you can just suggest the customer save as DXF, then save back to DWG to remove such alert message.

Currently, we do not have the plan to change this mechanism.
