Question:

Sometimes you will find that you failed to activate the license, no responce on license manager or network license manager, when you try to do manual way, you even find that it is impossible to save the request XML file, or even you save it, but cannot find it in the destination folder. Why?

Answer:

It is possibly caused by the files related with licensing has been damaged, please try to replace the files listed below in installation directory, just replace the files by the one that has no problem in other computers.


It is better that you can uninstall ZWCAD and start a fresh install.

For network version, you can reinstall NLM.
