Why sometimes the height of text in dimension style is gray and cannot be modified : Helpdesk

As below shown, the text height in dimension style is in gray, which means cannot be modified.

Solution:

The reason is the height of text is set to another value except 0, please modify it as 0, then you can customize the text height in dimension style.
