The x-ref is not belonging to the objects of current drawing. Current drawing would record the name and path of x- reference then call.
The advantage of x-reference application：
a. The size of drawing would be smaller
b. Users always got the latest version
c. Every time when opening drawing, it will automatically load the latest version of x-ref, if insert it as block, it need to reload then call the latest version.
d. In one project, all the people could use the same x-ref, and every one could access the latest modified version.
e. It’s flexible to unload, attach, load, or detach then to hide them. If the x-ref is only used for reference, users could detach it before plotting.
