Question:
I have just sold a ZWCAD Classic and send him a Classic license code.
He downloaded the latest version from the ZWSOFT homepage.
He was able to activate the license but ZWCAD started up as trial every time.
The license was returned and an older ZWCAD Classic version from september was installed and then it is working.
The log file looks like this:
Cannot find feature in the license file
Is it a problem with the license code or the new version?
Solution:
The reason is that the license code is still for the old classic version, you need to ask ZWSOFT channel manager to help replace the license code with a new one which is for new classic package.
Note: all the new license code (for ZWCAD Classic 2015.11.10(17516)) starts with "4**_".
If you use ZWCAD classic new license code (starts with "4**_") to activate any ZWCAD+ products, you will get the activation is successfully, but ZWCAD will starts in trial version too.
The feature with Single means stand-alone license, without Single means network license.
