Why REFEDIT window doesn’t jump out after double click the block Print

Why REFEDIT window doesn’t jump out after double click the block, as below figure shown?

This problem mainly results from configuration of “Noun/Verb selection”, when you tick up this option, dialog box would be automatically jump out when double click block target.
