When customer tell you that they have a crash problem, to save the time, please help to send the following information to ZWSOFT.
1, Version number of ZWCAD , like "2015.08.15(27483)" (execute command VERNUM)
2, Send us crash reports for further check (search "CrashReport" in the folder %appdata%, find the corresponding one according to the version and the time)
3, Tell us the details about the problem, for example, how to reproduce it, when will it happen, and send us sample drawing for test.
