About language package

Provide individual language packages, once you installed ZWCAD, you can choose the language package to experience the program in your local language.
When user has installed a language version of ZWCAD (such as English), if user need to install local language version, the installation is faster than before (Due to Installation will just install the additional language part).
Before installing a language package, you must have a basic ZWCAD program on your computer already, or you will fail to install.
Each version of ZWCAD has the corresponding version of Language Packages.
