After insert the dongle but there is no Product ID as the following snapshot shows:



It could happen if the dongle driver is not installed well or due to the incompatibility mode for some system.


Solution:

1) Try to reinstall the dongle driver (without inserting dongle), you can find it in the corresponding installation package(either an .exe or .iso file).




Please make sure the driver is installed correctly, you can run the exe file again to check if the following window is shown. If yes, then the installation is successfully.



2) For Windows 8/8.1/10, try to run License Manager in "Compatible mode for Windows 7" under administrator account;

3) If you are using ZWCAD+ 2012 or lower versions, try to replace the Rockey4ND.dll in the installation directory with the attached one below; Refer to the details on

4) Try the dongle with a different USB port or other computers to check if it is the USB port or computers' problem.


5) The anti-virus software such as Avast, McAfee Host Data Loss Prevention, may block the license activation process, so please turn off the anti-virus software services or uninstall them temporarily before activate under administrator account.


6) Replace it with an OK dongle to check if the dongle is broken if available.
