From time to time it happens that we must take back a dongle (soft-key) from a customer because of the customers' request or refund, so we need to sell it to another customer, and what can we do to remove or modify the registration information?

Solution:

Attached file Temp-Update.rar is a temporary update patch to remove the information, please install it to the installation folder of ZWCAD+ 2014, for example, C:\Program Files\ZWCAD+ 2014, and then the activation information can be modified in the activation dialog.

P.S. For dongle you must plug in dongle firstly and then you can see the "Modify" button in the activation dialog.

Note: This article applies to Stand-alone and Network versions.
