Solution:
1) Check if the license has been activated already on FLEXnet Portal. If so, please suggest the customer to return the license of the original computer first, and then activate it on the new computer.
2) If the license is still available, check if it is an upgraded license. If so, check the parent license status. Only the parent license has been returned, then the new license can be activated.
