This article applies to ZWCAD, ZWCAD+, ZWCAD Classic, ZWCAD Architecture and Mechanical.


1) Log in with Activation ID on website: http://support.zwcad.net:8888/flexnet/operationsportal/logon.do

2) If there are some copies left on "Manage Entitlements“ tab, for stand-alone license, it mean not activated, while for network license means the number of nodes are still available for activation.


If there is no copy left, it displays like this,


3) To view the license information, if it is not activated, then you can view if it is an upgrade license by the icon.

You can plot it out to see the detailed information, such as 

-Parent license code

-Version: yearly version/functional version/stand-alone or network

-As to the license model: network is 

Expiration


4) If the license has been activated, then you can view the details by plotting, such as:

-Fufillment ID, to help you know if the file from customer is the right XML for return or repair.

-License hosts: to help you know if the customer generated from the right computer.

-Fufill date and Expired date: fufill date is activated time (the last time to activate).

5) If the license has been upgraded, and the new license has been activated, then there is nothing appears when you check it in FLEXnet Portal.
