Solution:
1) Check if the license code is not input wrong, we strongly suggest the customer to input the license by copy/paste;
2) Check if the license has expired on FLEXnet portal;
3) Turn off the Proxy Server in Web Browser, and make sure the port 8888 is not blocked.
To make sure it is OK, check if you can open the FLEXnet Portal website:
http://support.zwcad.net:8888/flexnet/operationsportal/logon.do
4) If the FLEXnet Portal cannot be accessed, try manual activation.
