In manual return or repair, when try to get the response file on FLEXnet Portal, load the request file and click "submit", and then the following error happens,


This is because the fulfillment ID is different from the one that has been activated, so you need to ask the customer to generate the license on the right computer.


The license probably has been reset before, and then it is activated on another computer without removing the information in the original computer. After that, they want to return the license, and do not know which computer is the right one to do that. So please remember to generate the request file on the original one.


And how to check the fulfillment ID in request file is corresponding to the one on FLEXnet Portal?

As the following picture shows, the fulfillment ID is: FID_7510327e_1420118d583_5cdd. And check the license on FLEXnet Portal, the fulfillment ID is: FID_60a88535_14345897836_7548, so they are not equal, which means you can generate the response file by this request file.
