Applies to ZWCAD, ZWCAD+, ZWCAD Classic, ZWCAD Architecture and Mechanical.

Solution:

Go to LMTools-->Start/Stop/Reread tab, click the button Stop Server to stop the service, if it cannot be stopped, please tick the Force Server Shutdown, or you can try to stop the service from Start-->Run-->services.msc.
