FLEXnet Licensing error: -15,10. System Error: 10049 "WinSock: Invalid address"

Solution:

1) Try to remove the service, and then go to Start->Run->services.msc to stop the service, and then reconfigure a new service and start it;

2) Try to install/reinstall the latest NLM(Network License Manager), and then try to configure and start service for many times.
