How to use Customize User Interface to change the Ribbon as I like?

Input CUI in command line to open Customize User Interface.

1) Create new tab, this tab name will be shown on Ribbon, and name it at Properties as 

the following picture shows;

2) Create new panel, and drag commands into the panel, which needs to be unfold;

3) Drag the new panel into the new tab;

Drag new panel into the new tab

4) Select current workspace as the following snapshot shown, Customize Workspace button appears;

Select current workspace and click Customize Workspace

5) Click Customize Workspace button, and tick the new tab, click Done;

Tick Test tab and click Done

The customized result is:
