Some of our customers prefer to use log file to manage and analyse the usage of network license. However, log data will lost after restarting the server which may cause by manual operation or force power off.
Therefore, backup log file is important for those customers and DEBUGLOG command in *.opt file can help them.
Procedure:
1. Open the *.opt file in the LMS tool installation path.
e.g. C:\Program Files (x86)\ZWLMS Classic Eng\zwflex.opt
2. Add a sentence as following line (Can also refer the attached log file)
DEBUGLOG +"C:\DEBUGLOG\debug.log"
Note:
(1) Should be a space between G and +
(2) "C:\DEBUGLOG\debug.log" is the path that you backup the log file but the log file should be different from the one set by LMS tool.
(3) Preceding the debug_log_path with a + character appends logging entries
