This is because currently ZWCAD+ doesn’t support Unicode, it only happens for some special characters, not all non-English characters.

Try to set the region language to the specified one, then check if it can be opened or not. If failed, please rename the filename or directory in English.

For example, if you open a file with Hebrew filename in Chinese OS, for some cases, it will not be opened, then try to set the regional language to Hebrew to try, if it still failed, we can know that it is the Unicode problem, so the only way to work around it is to rename it in English.
