One of customer faced a problem that server set correctly and most of computers get license from server, but specific computer fail to get borrowed license.

1. Ping IP between server and the computer is OK.

2. Floating license can be gotten.

Reason: Security is important to this company, and for each user or computer, security level is different which can affect the permission of managing the computer.

Solution: Level up the permission can solve.
