The x-ref is not allowed to be resolved (exploded). But if you want resolve this drawing, you could convert this x-ref to be one object of current drawing, then it could be resolved. The method is that in the main menu-> “insert” -> “X-ref Manager”-> choose the target x-ref-> “bind” -> “OK”
